With a strong academic foundation, I hold an MSc in Psychology from Jain Deemed-to-be University, an MCom from Karnataka State Open University, and a BCom from Bangalore University.

Sai Medha Consultancy is established in 2023, It offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness. We provide online and in-person counseling sessions, along side study skill workshop, personality development training and career guidance. Our goal is to empower adolescents to embrace joyful learning and achieve academic excellence by providing engaging study skill sessions that foster stress free and supportive environment promoting overall academic success and well-being.

Our Story
Growing up, I didn’t have the support or resources to make informed decisions about my career path. There were no advisors to help me identify my strengths and align them with my career choices. Additionally, no one came to schools or colleges to inspire us or teach valuable life skills like memory techniques and reading strategies. I wanted to change that. I’m passionate about empowering adolescents with the right tools and knowledge to make better decisions, sharpen their skills, and build a strong foundation for their future.
The reason I continue my practice is simple: the feedback from my students and clients keeps me going. After each workshop, students often come to me and share how they’ve been able to implement what they learned into their daily routines. They tell me how much the sessions have helped them, and many say, "This is the need of the hour." Knowing that my work contributes to their growth and success motivates me to continue what I do. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see how my guidance helps students unlock their potential. SAI MEDHA CONSULTANCY was founded with a simple idea in mind: to provide high-quality career counseling services to individuals of all backgrounds. Founder of Sai Medha Consultancy, a counseling psychotherapist, NCS registered career counselor ( Government of India, NCS ID 19G84-2000028307950) certified NLP practioner and Soft Skill Trainer. Holds 5 years of experience in teaching as a lecturer for PUC and Degree students. My goal is to empower adolescents to embrace joyful learning and achieve academic excellence by providing engaging study skill sessions that foster stress free and supportive environment, promoting overall academic success and well-being.
As a psychologist I have been been trained in a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT) and Gestalt Therapy .
My training expertise has empowered countless adolescents, as she continues to inspire and educate through her extensive series of study skill workshops.
Ms.MEGHA.P
Megha P. is a dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to mental health and well-being. Armed with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, she has been extensively trained in a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Queer Affirmative Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, among others.
Megha’s approach is holistic and client-centered, always tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. As an LGBT+ affirmative therapist, she provides inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental care to clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations, creating a safe and affirming space for everyone.
With a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether it's stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal growth—Megha empowers her clients to enhance their well-being and achieve meaningful personal transformation.
Meena Achary
Mrs.Meena is a Psychologist, With over 15+ years of experience in Contracts and Compliance Specialist involved in reviewing and monitoring the contract terms, evaluating the potential risk associated with the contract, identifying areas that need negotiation, ensuring the parties involved in the process are aware of the obligations, maintaining accurate records, and amendments. By ensuring companies adhere to the laws, rules and regulations and protect employees, companies and clients from consequences related to policy violation.
